I bought a complete cookware set, and within a year, I've faced multiple issues: everything sticks, surfaces are scratched, and some pieces are warped. The non-stick coating failed too quickly, and a wine opener broke after a few uses. Customer service offered to replace only the warped items and refused a refund, complicating the process unnecessarily. They lack accountability for their 'premium' products, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before buying.
