If there is one thing I would like changed, it is the insistence on receipt. 10 year warranty makes it hard to retain receipts and in my case, it was a gift. Luckily it was from my daughter and she had kept the receipt. People who get gifts rarely have access to receipts. The batch code on the bins should give some indication of age...
I am of an age where I have tried endless amounts of soap dishes. All have the same problem the soap is always soggy in a puddle of water.However Joseph and Joseph’s dish is perfect. It keeps the soap lovely and dry a brilliant design. I have sensitive skin and there is something in liquid soap that really irritates it so I have returned to using bars of soap. I am so grateful I have found this dish.
Quality of the products I purchased (ironing board, airer and laundry basket) was fantastic and I have to say their customer service has been outstanding. Incredibly responsive and acted quickly after a problem with the delivery company. The rewards programme when you purchase directly from their site is also very generous. Honestly couldn’t fault any aspect of my experience so far.
I want to express my frustration with the service. On January 12th, I placed an order that was supposed to arrive the following day, January 13th, through a delivery service. Now, 10 days have passed the delivery date, and I have not received the package or any updates from the company. The delivery service claims they never received the parcel, and the company does not offer any chatbot or phone support to assist with the issue. Their only option is to submit an online request, which is not tracked or followed up on at all. Customers should be cautious.
The item was delivered less than a day after placing the order, which is fantastic. The website is user-friendly for browsing and ordering. The product is of high quality, looking and feeling very sturdy. I'm very pleased with the products from this brand. Excellent delivery time!
I placed an order during a 30% off promotion, only to find the same item in a different color available at half the price the next day. After weeks of waiting and multiple attempts to reach the support team, they finally agreed to reissue my order. However, the original item was out of stock, and I was offered the different color that had just been on sale. I'm really unhappy with the service and the overall cost, especially since I needed the item as a gift but had no choice but to accept the alternative.
It's tough to write this review because I've always appreciated the brand. Their higher-end plastic finishes, attractive packaging, and overall quality have set them apart for me. However, after purchasing their pan set, which was marketed as induction compatible, I was let down. The induction disk is small and ineffective, taking forever to heat up. The smaller saucepan is nearly unusable and doesn't compare to a much cheaper set I own. It took 10 to 15 minutes on high induction heat just to boil water. While the design and packaging are excellent, the performance leaves much to be desired.
I spent over €1,200 on products from this brand, and it has been one of my worst purchases. The quality does not meet expectations, and the customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful. I bought a complete cookware set, and within a year, I've faced multiple issues: everything sticks, surfaces are scratched, and some pieces are warped. The non-stick coating failed too quickly, and a wine opener broke after a few uses. Customer service offered to replace only the warped items and refused a refund, complicating the process unnecessarily. They lack accountability for their 'premium' products, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before buying.
My experience has been awful. I bought laundry equipment and later saw it heavily discounted. The courier lost my delivery, and when I reached out to the company, I received automated responses that didn't address my issue. Their customer service is poor, and I'm still waiting for a refund. They seem indifferent to my situation, and I've now involved my bank to recover my payment.
