My pillow orders are for a set of 2 and only one ships (11/1 delivery). Then I have to wait 4 days to report one missing for a shipment that was never sent. On another order (10/25 delivery) records say that two pillows were shipped but they were actually backordered once you were sending a replacement. I chose to cancel the order and a week later I am still waiting for the refund.
