Great Ordering Experience

We are very pleased with our purchase. It was easy to order. It arrived as quickly as projected by J& M. The customer service was responsive. The first ottoman we received was distressed. J&M replaced it and arranged for the return of our first order. The ottoman is as described. It seems well made. The color is similar to what is shown on the website. We look forward to using the ottoman for many years to come. Time will tell.
