Joss & Main needs to offer white glove delivery, or at the very least, delivery options other than ground delivery for large, heavy furniture items. The items we purchased were 200 pound dressers. The delivery person threw our boxes off the truck and rolled them up our driveway. The dressers were completely broken when we unboxed them. The boxes they were delivered in were damaged during the delivery, and in order to unbox the items we had to tear apart the boxes further. In order to return the items/ ship them back so that we can receive a refund, we had to buy boxes for $160. What an absolute mess this entire process has been. I will never order furniture from this site again.
