I was very excited to get my rug was promised three different delivery dates and it never appeared. Finally I called to ask what the problem was and was shifted around to three different people. None of whom solved my problem. Then I was told I could get it in another week if I waited, and if it didn't come that they would put in a new order. I'm going to wait a few days because I love this rug. If it doesn't arrive, I'm going to go to a different company. sounds like they're shipping department is disorganized.
