Ordered one large striped pillow with sunbrella fabric - they shipped me two solid blue lumbar pillows (in a completely different fabric and manufacturer). It is an inconvenience to repackage and bring to FedEx due to their mistake - plus I’ll be charged double in 2 weeks if not set back yet my “replacement” has never shipped….Terrible experience and customer service. **they replied to this rating by saying they emailed me directly to solve my issues - THEY DID NOT!!!***
