I recently placed three separate orders. The first one was a rug. Four times they sent the wrong size. Then determined the correct size must not be in stock. I ordered pillows. Two times they sent the wrong color. And once again, determined it must not be available. Lastly, I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful, black metal bowl for a table or shelf. The price was $69 before tax. When I took it out of the box, I couldn’t have been more disappointed. It looked CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. I’m really frustrated with Wayfair, Joss and Main/ Birch Lane. I’m not sure if I will ever order from them again.
