Forms & Tables are the two I've used most, allowing for lead transferring into my business, with tracking through whilst giving external associates a view of how the work is progressing. AI chatbot is going to change a lot for the better, as a new company training it early, for future staff to use will make life a lot easier, especially working within a scheme which has lots of paperwork, abelianizations, technical info etc.
