I haven't had a experience with jotform but I know a lot of people that has there business that uses this company and they have told me they are great and highly recommend it if I ever need to use it..5 stars
We use JotForm for internal business processes, specifically our employment application and affirmative action forms. From an IT and operations standpoint, it has been a solid, reliable solution.
Form creation is straightforward and flexible. We use a combination of short-answer fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, date fields, and signature fields, and everything is cleanly formatted and easy for applicants to complete. No unnecessary complexity.
On the administrative side, JotForm has been especially valuable for our HR team. Our new HR staff member can easily track submissions, manage follow-ups, and print completed forms for required hard-copy records. That visibility and organization has significantly reduced manual work and errors.
Overall, JotForm has streamlined a critical HR process and proven to be a dependable tool in our environment. I would recommend it to organizations looking for a practical, well-designed forms solution.
Have been a user for 7 years, pay annually. We love jotform! It's easy to use, and can power complex business processes if you spend a little bit of time learning it's advanced features. Their support is also great at helping you implement features and troubleshoot. We pay annually and find it's excellent value.
However, in the past months, you can tell the service is on the decline. Support is moving to AI and rarely do new features or improvements get released that aren't AI.
But even worse, a form we've had for years and years that was part of a critical business process was locked due to "security violations." Jotform made no attempt at contacting us of the issue.
When I logged a ticket it took several hours to get a response, and then someone who was able to resolve the issue got the ticket, they couldn't even bother with an apology. When I asked why there is no notification for issues like this, I was told "per our terms of service we can suspend your account at any time for security violations." (Note, my form was falsely flagged, and I didn't ask about the terms of service, I asked why no notification.)
I let Jotform know we'd be packing up our bags and leaving. I can't trust critical business tasks to a service that no longer has support or the customer in mind.
This platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. It enables me to design professional forms swiftly, automate tasks, and gather responses effectively. The available integrations and templates are a significant time-saver. I highly recommend it!

They suggested upgrading to a paid plan, which I reluctantly did, opting for an annual silver package with 100,000 views. However, just a week later, I received an email stating that my form would become unavailable due to filling limitations. I couldn't comprehend the reasoning behind charging for both views and fillings when the difference was minimal. After two months of inactivity, I requested a refund, but the support team informed me they couldn’t assist and suggested I upgrade again. I'm baffled by the high charges for filling and views, and I'm left questioning how such a platform received a software award.

This form building tool is the simplest and most user-friendly option I have encountered for creating forms. Its design is intuitive, and the features available (at least on the free plan) are adequate for nearly anyone. The platform has enabled me to quickly create a form I needed urgently, making the entire process feel much less stressful and chaotic. Additionally, it's great to easily customize design elements, so the forms look visually appealing instead of the typical bland options that many free providers offer. Overall, I would give it nearly a perfect score. The only drawback is the potential restrictions on the number of forms and submissions allowed each month. Nevertheless, there are effective ways to increase these limits at no cost.
Really easy to use software, has a lot of features even on a free account to allow for flexibility depending on what you need. Forms & Tables are the two I've used most, allowing for lead transferring into my business, with tracking through whilst giving external associates a view of how the work is progressing. AI chatbot is going to change a lot for the better, as a new company training it early, for future staff to use will make life a lot easier, especially working within a scheme which has lots of paperwork, abelianizations, technical info etc.
We used Jotform for our Trunk or Treat voting this year, and it worked great from start to finish! The platform was very easy to use — setting up the form, adding photos, and sharing the link or QR code took no time at all. It looked clean and professional, and parents found it simple to access and vote right from their phones.One of the best parts was how organized everything stayed. All the responses were easy to view and track in one place, which made managing the event much smoother. The QR code feature was especially helpful for families voting in person.The only small downfall we ran into was the submission limit — we thought our plan included 500 submissions, but it turned out to be 100 for the month. We also haven't figured out how to transfer submissions to a Google Sheets page, but that’s something we’re still working on.Overall, Jotform made the process simple, efficient, and professional. It’s a great tool for school events, sign-ups, and fundraisers, and we’ll definitely use it again for future BMES PTO activities.
