Even with help from the Jouer customer service (which took over 10 days to return several email requests for shade selection support because their online shade selector couldn't determine my shade match...), it was a terrible match. I shared via email the foundation brand I currently use, the shade, how I tan in the sun, my age... basically everything. When I received the Jouer foundation, even when using the smallest amount on my skin on top of a primer, it was the consistency of mud, did not blend, dried quickly, and turned into a cakey, ugly mess on my skin. With that, I am even MORE disappointed that shipping costs are deducted when returning. I was a first-time customer. I returned the foundation (I never opened the main bottle - I only used the tiny free vial), so I am extra frustrated that I needed to pay for return shipping for something that didn't match my skin. It does not make me want to try other shades because I will continue losing money on shipping.
