I had issues today creating a new account so that I could purchase some items quite urgently, as when I tried to fill in the 10% discount application, it just crashed.So I ended up talking to Nicola on their chat line, she was just brilliant & patient in sorting out my issue/s efficiently & quickly, needless to say items were purchased, I received my 10% introductory discount & the products are due to be delivered on Monday!
