Disappointing to find that the Joule Cyclone 250L cylinder has only lasted 7 years. Water leaking out of the top so I assume a crack or pinhole most likely in a poor weld. It seems there is no use in contacting Joule but I will do a failure analysis when the tank is out. Won't buy from Joule again but are others any better? Shame that a British company has such a poor reliability record judging from Trustpilot reviews
