I moved into a new build with a hot water cylinder installed. Immediately, there were issues with loud popping and banging. They tried to avoid replacing it by checking my service record, despite the problem being reported on day one. The installation paperwork was incomplete, which should have been done. After replacing the tank twice, I'm now on my third cylinder, but the same issue persists. The replacement process is extensive and they left my door open during winter. The engineer encountered the same popping noise while filling the latest cylinder and expressed frustration. He adjusted the water temperature lower than recommended, which was concerning given I have children. My neighbors are facing the same issue and customer service admits it's a known problem. I would advise against this company.
I encountered an issue with a hot water cylinder installed over five years ago. Despite having limited service records, they agreed to replace it. I initially paid a small fee for the new cylinder and returned the old one for inspection. The delivery and pickup were organized efficiently. My plumber installed the new cylinder, and after three weeks, I received notification that the old cylinder had a manufacturing fault, and I would be refunded the charge. They also covered the installation fee for the new tank. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with the entire experience. A proper company to deal with. Thank you!
We received a new air source heat pump, but two components failed after two years. Because our first service was 18 months after installation, they are refusing to honor the warranty. It raises concerns about either the company or the product quality, or potentially both. Don’t expect reasonable support.
After 17 months, I had an issue with a relay valve. The service team sent two engineers the next day to resolve the issue efficiently. I want to highlight the technicians who were polite, helpful, and informative. Kudos for a job well done. Thank you!
