We dealt with a representative who was anything but trustworthy. We had a group of 11 for an event and ended up paying a significant amount, only to find out we weren't on the reservation list. Additionally, the actual cost was much lower than what we were charged. We felt completely cheated. After communicating with the representative, it became clear we were scammed. Definitely avoid this at all costs.
