All of the negative reviews are completely accurate. We interacted with a representative who is far from trustworthy. This individual operates a misleading business. We had a group of 11 for a special event at a local beach in St. Kitts. We paid over $1,150 for our group. Upon arrival, we found that our reservation was nonexistent, confirming it was a scam. To make matters worse, the actual cost at the venue was $45 per person, totaling $495. We were overcharged by $729.34. Truly DISGRACEFUL! After discussing our situation with the representative, it became clear that we had been thoroughly deceived. Definitely avoid this place at any cost.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! Many reviews here confirm that this is not a reliable company. They operate under the names of major airlines to disguise their unethical activities. They also have multiple other entities using the same contact number, without any registration details. They take your money and then dissolve their operations, leaving customers in the lurch. PLEASE AVOID this company. All the positive ratings appear to be fabricated.
I felt completely let down. I paid extra for seat selection but ended up on standby at the airport, which should not have happened. I was then assigned a seat last minute. The overall experience was frustrating, and I will never recommend this service again.
This company is a total scam! I was initially quoted a low price for a ticket, but it increased significantly later on. Now, just before my trip, I have no ticket and have been given the runaround. I requested a refund, but they tried to get my debit card information again. I strongly advise against giving any money to this company. It's a hard lesson learned!
