I ordered shoes online (12-16-2025) as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The payment was deducted from my account, but three days later (12-19-2025), I received an email stating the shoes are out of stock and won't be available until February. This is unacceptable! If the shoes are out of stock, they shouldn't be available for purchase. I'm disappointed that my daughter won't get her Christmas present on time.
