I'm incredibly frustrated with my experience. I ordered shoes from a local store and was assured they were in stock and would arrive within 5-7 days. That was about three weeks ago. I received an email last Friday stating my order was canceled without explanation, and they claimed a refund would be processed immediately. However, when I called, I learned it was backordered with no delivery date. Now, three weeks later, I still have no refund and can't reach anyone despite numerous calls. I've emailed as well, but it seems like this will take a long time to resolve, if ever. I'm very disappointed!

I placed an order before Christmas and received a tracking email stating 3-5 day shipping. A month later, I discovered my order was 'Cancelled.' I received no notifications or emails regarding this, and the tracking still shows 'Processing.' It feels like the company is poorly managed. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

After several attempts to contact support, I was informed they would need to conduct an investigation that would take 9-12 business days, pushing us past Christmas. I requested a rush or to pick up the same items in-store, but was denied. The representative avoided my questions. Now I'm left waiting for their investigation concerning $250 worth of items.
I ordered shoes online (12-16-2025) as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The payment was deducted from my account, but three days later (12-19-2025), I received an email stating the shoes are out of stock and won't be available until February. This is unacceptable! If the shoes are out of stock, they shouldn't be available for purchase. I'm disappointed that my daughter won't get her Christmas present on time.
