I'm incredibly frustrated with my experience. I ordered shoes from a local store and was assured they were in stock and would arrive within 5-7 days. That was about three weeks ago. I received an email last Friday stating my order was canceled without explanation, and they claimed a refund would be processed immediately. However, when I called, I learned it was backordered with no delivery date. Now, three weeks later, I still have no refund and can't reach anyone despite numerous calls. I've emailed as well, but it seems like this will take a long time to resolve, if ever. I'm very disappointed!
