My experience was truly disappointing. I received no replies for a week and had no access to necessary documents. Once I threatened to request a refund, they finally started replying, but by then I was already frustrated. Instead of issuing a full refund, they charged me a £5 admin fee for their lack of communication. This is an absolute disgrace.
