I am providing a candid review. I am giving one star solely due to the lack of customer service and no response to a referred quote. Despite reaching out multiple times through the contact and complaints emails, I have received no replies. I followed all the steps in the application process, but the final part for GIT requires confirmation that my truck is under 7.5t. Since mine is exactly 7.5t, it was referred to the underwriters with a message stating, 'Relax, nothing to do now; the company will contact you in 48 hours.' It has now been a week. I selected this service for its ease of use and the fact that it is A+ rated insurance, which covers motor trade with limits including 7.5t vehicles for vehicle recovery and transport. The frustration arises from the disclaimer at the end of the quote and the lack of follow-up, particularly when they send multiple emails urging me to continue the quote while I cannot do so because of the referral. I bet you will respond to this faster than 48 hours. P.S. I cannot even provide a reference since none was supplied for the referral; it only has my name.
