I purchased a VPS from CreeperCastle and the experience has been nothing but a headache. The server was constantly unstable, and the network—provided through Joy Services—was unreliable to the point where basic tasks became impossible. Frequent disconnects, random downtime, and overall poor performance made the VPS unusable for my needs.I expected a stable hosting environment, but instead I spent more time troubleshooting than actually working. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable VPS.
We reached out to Joy Services for colocation of our Servers in India (Delhi). While we did encounter some initial problems regarding network firewall problems, it was fixed in a short time and the staff (mostly Dinesh & Chandraprakash) helped us a lot in configuration as well. Till date, there has been no downtime. Would recommend them. There are rumors about them having hijacked ASN etc but from my experience, they are nothing but lies.
Our experience with Joy Services has been extremely unsafe and unprofessional. What we faced was not a small network issue, but repeated BGP hijack behaviour that can be verified publicly. Joy Services was announcing IP prefixes they do not own and have no authority over. These announcements failed RPKI checks, had no valid IRR route objects, and appeared on multiple BGP monitors as unauthorized. In networking, this is considered prefix hijacking and it puts all customers at risk.This alone is a major red flag for any AS operator.On top of this, Joy Services had unpaid bills with YOTTA Data Center. Because of their dues, our own hardware was held even though we had paid Joy for colocation. We had to contact the data center directly to get our equipment released. No professional provider should ever put their customers in this situation.After we took back our IP range and re-announced our own prefixes, we immediately noticed suspicious traffic behaviour starting right after Joy lost control of the prefix. The timing made it look more like retaliation than normal network activity.Instead of handling any of these issues responsibly, Joy avoided proper communication and tried to escalate the situation indirectly.Because of documented BGP hijacking, unpaid datacenter dues, unusual traffic after prefix recovery, and their unprofessional behaviour, it became very clear that Joy Services is not a safe or reliable upstream provider.After removing them completely from our network, our stability and uptime returned to normal.If you run an ASN, hosting company, data center, or any network infrastructure, we strongly recommend staying away from Joy Services. Their practices are unsafe, irresponsible, and can harm your customers.
