Disappointed with Compensation

The service provided me with three times the compensation due to a significant drop, causing me to lose my trading account. Anyone can reach out if they had a similar experience. Abnormal price changes led to rejected positions. I no longer trust the service, and I have plenty of evidence as a customer.
