They are very helpful in the way of explaining everything in details. This was my first time ordering something with joyagoo and I didn’t knew beforehand how the whole process would go. In the app they explain it great in details, from the start when buying something, to it being in the warehouse, and till being delivered (and between those steps are way more details that they will share with you, to keep you updated on the status of you package).
