I ordered about 20 items, 10 of which were cancelled and no refunds.
Some items simply can't be shipped because they have a battery, so I have to return them.
Support is zero, they simply don't respond.
Shipping to Europe is astronomically expensive.
I don't understand where all these positive reviews are coming from, it looks more like a scam.

A terrible experience throughout. Had to reorder everything 3-4 times as the agents would cancel my items at their discretion. Paid a ridiculous amount of money for delivery, had to repack some parcels thrice as they couldn’t tell you in advance whether the packages would fit the line, still didn’t get anything 3 weeks after the parcels had been shipped. I mean stay away from it, it’s not worth it
