My issue has still not been fully resolved, as I have not yet received the refund. I was told it was approved, and I was repeatedly asked to leave a positive review and provide a screenshot as proof before the refund was processed. For this reason, I updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars in order to move the process forward.
Communication was repetitive at times, and my emails were often ignored, as I kept receiving template responses instead of clear answers. I hope the company improves this process and separates customer feedback from the refund procedure in the future.
