Let me understand this correctly.
You are scamming me on Facebook and I am writing about it in a review on Trustpilot.
The amount is not the problem. The problem is that during a post/competition from XLbyg on Facebook, you make a notification directly addressed to me. Where in, I am declared the winner and I have to enter my personal info to receive the prize. Then you deduct a sum of money from me and it is completely outside the competition I participated in.
I write a review on Trustpilot and then you want me to delete the review.....
What do you think is happening on my part.
You have scammed me and then you want me to withdraw the review.
That will NEVER happen.

I laver svindel på facebook og jeg skriver det i en anmeldelse på trustpilot.
Beløbet er ikke problemet. Problemet er, at i under et opslag/konkurrence fra XLbyg på facebook, laver en notifikation direkte henvendt til min person. Hvor i, jeg udråbes som vinder og jeg skal indtaste min personlige info for, at modtage præmien. Derefter trækker i et penge beløb fra mig og det er helt uden for den konkurrence jeg deltog i.
Jeg skriver en anmeldelse på trustpilot og så vil i have mig til, at slette anmeldelsen.....
Hvad tror i selv der sker fra min side.
I har svindlet mig og så vil i have mig til, at trække anmeldelsen tilbage.

My issue has still not been fully resolved, as I have not yet received the refund. I was told it was approved, and I was repeatedly asked to leave a positive review and provide a screenshot as proof before the refund was processed. For this reason, I updated my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars in order to move the process forward.

Communication was repetitive at times, and my emails were often ignored, as I kept receiving template responses instead of clear answers. I hope the company improves this process and separates customer feedback from the refund procedure in the future.
