Joybuy is Now My First Choice Over Amazon
I used to rely solely on Amazon Prime for all my needs, but after discovering Joybuy through a recommendation from a friend in the Netherlands, my shopping habits have shifted. This was my 3rd order, and the performance has been consistently excellent every single time. While I still use Amazon for a few specific grocery items for now, Joybuy has officially become my primary choice for everything else.
As someone who relies on delivery, the quality is what won me over. The products are exactly the high quality I expect from the brands I know, and the sizes are even larger and better than what I find elsewhere. I am also very pleased that Joybuy offers products from many different countries, which adds great variety to my shopping.
The packaging is far superior to Amazon. After a bad experience with leaking juice cartons from Amazon that stained my building all the way to the 3rd floor, Joybuy's sturdy cardboard boxes are a breath of fresh air. Even heavy items and large detergents arrive in perfect condition. Plus, the speed is unmatched-I once ordered a replacement mop late at night and it was at my door the next morning! I haven't even had to pay for shipping yet.
My Suggestions for the Future:
1. Recycling Program: It would be amazing if Joybuy could collect its own sturdy boxes for recycling in exchange for loyalty points.
2. Product Variety: I hope to see even more Turkish market products, Halal meat, and fresh fish. If these are added, I won't need to look at Amazon at all.
I truly want to see Joybuy succeed because they deserve it. I've 'enriched' my home with their quality products; now I'm ready for the soup! Highly recommended!
