Wow. What an amazing experience. My first time ordering from Joybuy and what a pleasant experience. I absolutely am amazed. The item I ordered was by far the best price on the net. I placed my order in the morning and it was delivered that very same day in the evening. My kitchen bin looks absolutely fabulous in my kitchen, it was just as descibed. Amazing. I like the fact that it says when you will receive your order when you like at items. I will be making good use of Joybuy again in the bear future.

The app clearly states that students can get one month of free membership after verification. However, during the process I was asked to complete a £0.01 payment verification, and none of the available payment methods worked.
I contacted customer service and spent over an hour on the phone, only to be asked to provide a screenshot and even a screen recording showing my bank card number. After submitting everything they requested, I was promised the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. It has now been a week with no solution. I have had two additional calls since then, each taking about an hour, with no progress at all. Pool service, pool app

Ordered late afternoon and my parcel arrived next day just after 2 pm very impressed. Sharp microwave well packaged brand new in unopened box undamaged. I received a message early morning on the day of delivery stating the hour slot delivery time and true to their word they delivered on time well before the hour was up.

Parcel not delivered to my address. I was sitting waiting for the delivery , the delivery company (DPD) did not come to my house but has told me it has been delivered to GJ at 19.08. The photo is no use whatsoever. I have no idea who GJ is or where my parcel is. DPD just says contact the seller, they are no help at all!

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Joybuy has refused to issue a refund, replacement, or any sort of resolution for a return which appears to have been lost 25 DAYS AGO!!!! I have cooperated with their convoluted returns process from the beginning, including photos of the product and it taking 7 days to process a returns label in the first place. Their response through all of this? ‘We are investigating, please allow 5 business days, we will inform you of the outcome’. Every time. Guess what? The outcome never arrives. Downright shady, noncompliant with relevant trading legislation, this order was of very high value and I cannot do anything about it! It is your responsibility to issue a resolution and then contact the courier to arrange for your compensation! That is the law! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OF VALUE FROM JOYBUY!!!!!!

After an order issue, Joybuy restored my coupons (a discount coupon and a shipping coupon). Immediately after that, my account was restricted from placing orders.

It has now been several days. I contacted Joybuy via email and live chat repeatedly. There’s no real response, no resolution — just silence or copy-paste excuses like “too many customers, please wait.”

My coupons are about to expire, and I’m being blocked from using the benefits that Joybuy itself restored. Restoring coupons is meaningless if you restrict the customer’s account and then disappear.

Either remove the restriction immediately, extend the coupon validity, or compensate the loss. Right now, Joybuy feels like a platform that ignores customers until the coupons expire.

Incredible Speed for My First Order!

This was my initial experience with the service, and I received my items in under 15 hours after placing my order. At 84 years old, I can honestly say I have never received a delivery this quickly in my lifetime. Years ago, I worked as a parcel delivery driver, and even then, deliveries took 7 to 14 days to arrive at my warehouse. Thank you for such an amazing experience; I will definitely use your services again.
