I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Joybuy has refused to issue a refund, replacement, or any sort of resolution for a return which appears to have been lost 25 DAYS AGO!!!! I have cooperated with their convoluted returns process from the beginning, including photos of the product and it taking 7 days to process a returns label in the first place. Their response through all of this? ‘We are investigating, please allow 5 business days, we will inform you of the outcome’. Every time. Guess what? The outcome never arrives. Downright shady, noncompliant with relevant trading legislation, this order was of very high value and I cannot do anything about it! It is your responsibility to issue a resolution and then contact the courier to arrange for your compensation! That is the law! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OF VALUE FROM JOYBUY!!!!!!
