Poor experience. High value parcel handed to stranger in the street despite supposed PIN number being required. Return requests ignored, or fail for no reason with random error and having to wait days to actually get a return label (it tells you to wait 24 Hours each time and still I am waiting after 2nd attempt). I know of no other company that makes you wait for a 24hr "decision" on a legal right to return an item. From my experience I would not buy from a company like this again.
