I looked at the reviews for the service beforehand and saw that experiences were quite mixed. I decided to take a chance, hoping for a positive outcome. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete failure and my last attempt with this company. Only the frozen portion of my order arrived. The rest never came and is now being returned to the sender. This resulted in an incomplete delivery and a lot of unnecessary effort on my part to sort it out. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Ordering here feels unreliable and not worth the risk.
