Extremely disappointed with the damaged delivery!

I ordered a 43" TV, but it arrived in terrible condition! They took it back, and I never received any email about what would happen next. There was no communication regarding the next steps! I had to reach out via live chat to get information, and the representative was quite rude, simply telling me to wait and be patient! **STAY AWAY**

Disappointing service experience

I checked the reviews for the service beforehand and noted the varied experiences. I decided to take the risk, hoping for a positive outcome. Unfortunately, it was a complete failure and my last attempt with this company. Only the frozen items from my order were delivered. The rest never arrived and is now being sent back to the sender. This led to an incomplete delivery and a lot of unnecessary hassle on my part to resolve the issue. Given my experience, I cannot recommend this service. Ordering here feels uncertain and not worth the gamble.

Frustrated with the return process

I was extremely frustrated after returning a parcel. The driver came to collect it from my house, but my package was never delivered to the correct location, and the company refused to issue a refund. I spent over a thousand on that item, and they wouldn’t refund me despite it not being my fault. I properly labeled the package, and after the driver collected it, I never received my refund. I pushed them for a resolution because it’s so unfair, especially given the item's high cost. I will never order from here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Great experience with timely delivery

I ordered three touch screen toasters on December 23rd, paid via a secure payment method, and my parcel arrived just in time on Christmas Eve. The delivery service notified me when they would deliver, and I cannot fault this entire experience. I also ordered an additional item that was delivered today, both parcels were packaged with care. I was a bit apprehensive when I ordered, but felt confident making my payment. The whole process was flawless, and I will definitely order from this service again. Thank you for the excellent and honest service. Happy holidays to the staff!

Excuses for delayed delivery

I ordered new items last week, and they are already making excuses for the late delivery. I should have read the reviews first. If I do not receive my money or my order by the end of the week, I will be considering further action, as these sites are not being truthful. If you cannot deliver what you are selling, please stop misleading customers.
