I had a very frustrating experience with Joybuy’s customer service, especially regarding their return process.
First of all, the return service is essentially useless. Despite clearly explaining my issue multiple times, I kept getting generic responses that didn’t actually address my situation. It feels like the support team doesn’t read the chat history at all—I had to repeat myself over and over again, which is both time-consuming and incredibly annoying.
Communication is difficult and inefficient. Every time I contacted them, it was like starting from scratch. There’s no continuity, no effort to understand the problem, and no real attempt to resolve it properly.
What’s most disappointing is their refusal to provide a refund. Instead, they offered a coupon that I can only use on their platform, and it even comes with a short expiration period of just one month. That’s not a real solution—it just forces me to spend more money with them, which I absolutely do not want after this experience.
Overall, this has been a very negative experience. Poor customer service, lack of proper communication, and an unfair resolution make it hard for me to trust or recommend Joybuy.
