This is really one of our primary go-to places for Asian food but also cleaning supplies and almost anything else you may need. They used to be Ochama, which was equally as good. Their shipping/delivery is amazing. But keep in mind, if you order something on a friday or saturday, even to midnight, they may deliver it he next morning at 8:00 AM! Even frozen or fresh food!

You can also have it shipped to one of their very reliable and numerous pick-up points nearby.

My only hesitation lately is some of their prices and choices have changed since Ochama. They no longer carry the Fairy band dishwasher detergent.

Some of their prices are more than what you'd find at Kruidvaart, but then again, just get those items there and save JoyBuy for those speciality items.

Received the wrong item and no refund after a month

I ordered a product but received the incorrect one. I returned the wrong item, and now it has been over a month without a refund. This feels like a scam! I would not suggest using this service to anyone!

Highly Satisfied with My Order

I had a great experience. My order arrived the following day as promised. I purchased 18 wooden hangers, which were thoughtfully packed in three separate boxes with soft padding to prevent them from touching each other. The price was more affordable than at other retailers. Additionally, my first order included free delivery. The product quality is outstanding; there are a few minor chips, but only 2–3, which is typical for wood.
