I ordered a Joyor S10SZ from your website on November 28, 2025. After you gave me the tracking code (BRT), I went to the BRT tracking website, but for 8 days now, I've been getting the message: "We have received the shipping information from the carrier." they didn’t give me any updates, i contact to the joyor customer service (via whatsapp) i explained everything to safiya, he only said that he gonna contact the logistics for update my tracking, guess what? nothing happend. so i again contact the customer service (via email, twice) but they didn’t answer. today is the 8 december 2025 and i still didn’t get any assistance or support from this company, im still waiting updates. (uptade) the scooter arrived at 11 december, everything okay.
