When my order came my screen was scuffed and scratched also my front light didnt work. Then i was chatting with Lucky he was very helpfull and did what he told me he was going to do. A new screen and horn are on its way. Thank you very much Lucky 🥰
Lucky was very helpfull and also respectfull. He asked to send a medsage to him if i got my my package. There was a few problems in the begining with fedex because they started to work in my street and it is closed. He made it feel more safe. Now it will be available today for pickup from their depot.

Ordered a Joyor T6E Pro from .joyor-escooter.com.I was allowed to select Norway for delivery, and I paid. This was followed by an order confirmation received in my e-mail.After that, I received an e-mail asking for a delivery address in the EU.Norway is in Europe, though not a fully part of the EU. I am of course aware that I might be liable to VAT handling upon delivery because of this, and notified this on my reply.Regardless, my order was cancelled and my money refunded.After asking again, the reply I received was: "Due to your Norwegian address, our logistics partner is unable to deliver."I live in one of Norway's largest city.Being working in international logistics for years I find the answer absurd.
