Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been entirely negative. Shortly after purchasing my e-scooter, several defects became apparent:Almost every screw shows signs of condensationThe rear wheel is defective – no visible damage on the outside, yet the wheel suspension is already bent.Multiple parts of the scooter have come loose or were apparently never properly installed in the first place.The actual range is far below what was advertised.Even worse is the so-called “insured” service: despite a paid repair order and a contractually guaranteed insurance for damage, theft, and loss, my scooter was returned incomplete, not fully repaired, and with additional defects.The seller has ignored all repair and service obligations stated in their own terms and conditions – in my view, this borders on fraudulent behavior.Conclusion: Poor product quality, unreliable customer service, and no trust in their warranty or repair services. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
