I enjoyed it. Was easy and I feel a major improvement. I have already recommended to some of my friends that have even worse depression than I do. I think it’s a valuable treatment and I’m happy that it exists. It feels like my care was in my hands for a bit. I’ve paused my subscription incase I feel the need to start again.
