Joyous is a great program that has significantly improved my mental health. However, Their customer service is so poor when something goes wrong it borders on theft. I'm pretty sure its entirely run by AI.
I recently had a shipment returned to sender (joyous) by USPS because they repeatedly failed to deliver it to my house. I have made about 15 attempts to reach out to the joyous customer service line (they have no phone, just a text and an online 'case' interface) and have only received incoherent AI responses telling me that my march delivery was made successfully no matter how many times I attempted to clarify that I was discussing February. On one singular occassion I was informed that once joyous received the medication that was returned to them they would redeliver it. Since that has happened it has been radio silence from Joyous.
My last resort is to leave this review because I feel that joyous has stolen my money. This is the second time I have paid for the medication and have not received it. Joyous is STEALING. Please someone if you have experience navigating this I would love to know what you did. And joyous, if you have a human reading this please send me my medication I paid you for!
