Again, if I could rate less than 1 star, I WOULD. This is a direct quote from an email I received this morning:
“As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your concerns, we are willing to offer a full refund of your membership fee, which we believe is the best solution at this time. As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before refunds are issued. This step is essential to the resolution process, while we strive to resolve every issue promptly, unresolved or outdated negative reviews can unfairly impact our brand reputation. Please note I have personally deactivated your account from our platform.
In light of the measures taken to resolve the issue, we kindly ask you to consider removing your public comments or reviews, as they may continue to impact our platform even after the issue has been resolved.”
PLEASE be aware this company is sneaky with how they handle their subscriptions. They make it nearly impossible for you to cancel it. And once it is canceled they require you to leave a false review. This has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS. I truly no longer care about the less than $20 in subscription fees they took and I just care about getting word out about how absolutely corrupt and awful this company truly is.
