This company can improve in many ways. They put an ad on Facebook which said you could get a new scooter for handicapped people, which I am, for $9.99. Then they also charged me $10.55 more on the same day. Then they wanted to charge me $35+ for a monthly subscription, for what, I don't know.

Total Fraud!!!

Total Fraud!!! They claimed I ordered a gift card, which I did not. They also stated I subscribed to recurring top-ups, but that isn't true either. I bought a mystery gift box based on their ad, but they insisted that no order was placed. They offer no refunds at all. Beware of their deception!

Complete SCAM!!! Claimed I ordered a gift card, which I did not. Said I subscribed to recurring top-ups, but that's false. I ordered a mystery gift box from their ad, yet they claimed nothing was ordered. Absolutely no refunds available. Don't fall for their lies.

I never signed up or purchased anything

I never signed up or made any purchases from this company. These were unauthorized charges on my credit card. It took multiple attempts to file a fraud complaint and secure a full refund. As I write this, I'm still awaiting that refund and was told it wouldn't be processed until I submitted a review. So here it is. Now please return my money. A terrible experience with a company I never intended to engage with.
