Poor customer service and lack of communication.I placed my order on 19th December 2025. My emails requesting order tracking went unanswered for over a week. When I did receive responses, they were repetitive and simply told me to “wait,” even after I had already been waiting more than four weeks.After more than six weeks, I was finally informed that my order had been lost—something that had become obvious long before this. I was told a refund would be processed, but over a week later, it still hasn’t been completed. My follow-up emails regarding the refund have gone unanswered.This company shows a clear lack of customer service and does not seem to value their customers’ time or hard-earned money.I am extremely disappointed with this experience and regret placing my order. I would not recommend this company.
