I never leave a bad review but this is just horrible. Do not order from this site or any affiliated. Ordered Oct 15- it is February yet still no dolls or refund and their communication is NO GOOD. 0 out of 10
Poor customer service and lack of communication.I placed my order on 19th December 2025. My emails requesting order tracking went unanswered for over a week. When I did receive responses, they were repetitive and simply told me to “wait,” even after I had already been waiting more than four weeks.After more than six weeks, I was finally informed that my order had been lost—something that had become obvious long before this. I was told a refund would be processed, but over a week later, it still hasn’t been completed. My follow-up emails regarding the refund have gone unanswered.This company shows a clear lack of customer service and does not seem to value their customers’ time or hard-earned money.I am extremely disappointed with this experience and regret placing my order. I would not recommend this company.
Ordered garlands 2 weeks ago. Received no confirmation email or tracking details. Have emailed three times asking for order confirmation and an update on when I can expect delivery and received no reply. Money has left my account - feels very much like a scam!
