I’m from Mexico and I had a very good experience with JPFans. I’ve used other proxy services before, but I liked this one more for several reasons.
First, their service fee is very reasonable. I think ¥250 is one of the cheapest rates available, which makes a big difference when placing multiple orders.
Second, they clearly show a full breakdown of what you’re paying for, which I really appreciate. It makes everything more transparent and easier to understand.
Third, their coupons are actually useful if you take the time to read the terms and conditions. You can save a good amount if you use them properly.
Another thing I really liked is their customer service. They have a helpful support center with FAQs that answer most common questions. If you still need help, you can contact them directly and they respond very fast. In my experience, their response time was quick and very helpful.
I also appreciate their storage policy. They offer up to 60 days of free storage, which gives you enough time to combine orders and plan your shipment. After that, the daily fee (¥50) is reasonable.
Their packaging is also very good. My items (manga and plushies) arrived in excellent condition with the standard packaging. If you want extra protection, they offer additional options like vacuum sealing or extra protective packaging for a reasonable price.
A big plus for me is that they provide free, high-quality photos of each item once it arrives at their warehouse, including measurements and weight. This helps a lot because you can estimate your shipping cost in advance using their calculator. With other proxy services I’ve used, I didn’t get photos or weight information, so I never knew the condition of my items or how much shipping would cost, which made the process stressful. With JPFans, everything felt much more predictable and secure.
Shipping to Mexico was smooth in my case, and everything arrived safely.
Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely use JPFans again.

They send photos of the parcels and store them carefully in their warehouse. Most importantly for me a person living overseas is the discounts on the shipping costs! I'm buying mostly figures and they come in excellent condition! Definitely check it out!

It only took 7 or 8 days for my package to arrive to the states, which was surprising because shipping was only $41. I would say JPFans is one of the cheaper options to buy from Japan! The packaging was also great, nothing came even slightly scratched or broken! If you're even slightly confused or anxious about your order, I highly suggest you use customer support. As a first time buyer myself, they helped me a ton and were incredibly helpful and friendly!

Great app! I've used them a couple of times now and the process has been very smooth. The shipping costs seem to be quite decent compared to other proxies I've checked and they do take 2-3 free-of-charge, photos of your items once they arrive in the warehouse. Had a small issue with a seller not sending my item but they kept an eye on it for me and got it sorted. Overall pretty happy with them :)
I'd definitely recommend getting merchandise and clothing from JPfans. The prices are very good, and you can get items you wouldn't get normally without travelling to the country it's from (usually Japan). The site is easy to use, and the fact that they send photos of your purchases, and hold the items in a warehouse for you for 60 days is also an amazing feature.
