I ordered a hybrid battery charger along with AA and AAA batteries but did not receive the charger that was supposed to work with both types as confirmed in my order. When I reached out to customer support, they only offered a $6 refund. My follow-up emails were met with claims that the 'correct' item was sent, which was not true. They even lied about what was sent despite me providing photos of the incorrect item and my order confirmation.
