I'm a seller and I got multiple payment processor accounts like Stripe, Shopify, Airwallex etc. When people buy something off my shop with jpmorgan chasebank and dispute the transaction even if they receive the product accordingly, chasebank closes the case in customer's favor no matter what you do. Literally read this again; no matter what you do, no matter what evidence you show chasebank will take your money from your hands and give back to the customer. Clearly scamming people. I wonder how this company hasn't faced big lawsuits. Actually, trump recently opened a 5 billion lawsuit against them LOL. I hope chasebank loses that. F*king scammers

I have spent over 16 years with this company, but now, just a few years before retirement, I was let go without explanation. I was transferred to a department against my will and spent two years there in constant confusion. I feel completely taken advantage of, as I was asked to leave unexpectedly. This company seems to favor only those within their own circle. I want to share my experience to warn others; please consider any alternative before joining this workplace. My time at the offices in Mumbai was dehumanizing. Despite my long-standing dedication and integrity, I was treated poorly. I reached out to department heads and even their main office but felt ignored, as if they were untouchable and inaccessible to regular employees. No one came to my aid.

FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I deposited a check from an insurance company on Dec 1, expecting it by Dec 5. Now I'm told it will take until Dec 12. 11 days for a check from a large company! I need a car to get to work and can't afford a rental for that long. No one responds to calls or emails. I'm furious and planning to leave as soon as this is resolved.
