My daughter just had a very bad experience with JP Morgan Chase. She opened up a savings and checking account from one of their offers and deposited money. Then they closed her account and will not give her her money! They closed it because she made deposits into her account a few days in a row to meet the required amount to be deposited to get the bonus from opening up a new account. They did not contact her or anything and just close the account and now a couple thousand dollars she cannot get and they said they're going to mail a check. This is such a bad experience for an 18-year-old opening her first own account She went to a branch to find out what was going on and they did not help and were not responsive. I would not recommend taking Chase up on any of these offers. They send through the mail to open up a new savings and or checking account.
