7 months into what was supposed to be a 28-day auction completion. Constant staff changes, missed deadlines, poor communication, and key documents I requested over 2 months ago still not provided.They failed to identify critical lease issues before the auction, only raising them months later. I was left feeling completely unsupported and exposed to potential penalties.When I made a complaint, I felt pressured to retract it in order for them to continue acting for me. Shortly after, they stopped acting on my behalf altogether.This matter is being escalated to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA. I cannot recommend this firm. The stress, delays, and lack of professionalism have been overwhelming.
