I purchased a product last month, prior to the 25th. When I went to install it on the 25th, it didn’t work. I informed the company with photos, videos, and proof from the workshop where I tested it upon arrival, confirming it was faulty. I returned the item but have yet to receive clarity on my refund or a solution. Their email responses lack confidence, simply stating they are 'in contact with someone.' I do not recommend purchasing from this site. If a new product arrives defective and they can't even process a refund, I dread to think what would happen with warranty issues. This was my first experience with this platform, and it has been very disappointing. Please share this to prevent others from facing the same issue.
